Hi zepheir

If you open an asm file that contains Chinese characters, does it look ok? Are you able to read the Chinese text?
Are you having problems entering new Chinese text?

Hi, KetilO

1. If I open a file which contains chinese characters, i just can see some of them. And Most of them is replaced by the blocks.
2. When I want to enter the new words, the same thing will happen. Just some characters can show, and the others are block.

Best regards

Hi zepheir

Could you upload a file that RadASM does not display correctly?
It would help a lot.

Hi KetilO

I have downloaded the last updata of the raedit.dll. But the problem is still on. :(

Should I give you some picture of print screen for it?

Best regards

Hi zepheir

I got a pretty good picture of what you mean so a screenshot is not needed.
An asm file that you have problems with might help.

Hi,

The F1 help looking in database but is it possible to support other added help files. For example Alt+F1 is still available, i mean only sending the word under the caret or maybe selected part?

Hi cakmak

Only F1 is taken by msdnhelp, you can still set up:

Shift+F1
Ctrl+F1
Shift+Ctrl+F1

To work with other help files.

Just change the following in RadASM.ini

;F1-Key=HelpFile
F1=$H\Win32.hlp
CF1=$H\x86eas.hlp
SF1=$H\Masm32.hlp
CSF1=$H\Rc.hlp

Thank You,

One more question, do you use "hMdiChld" member for storing topmost file name in editor? May I pass a new name while opening(talking about an add-in)?

Hi cakmak

The caption of the hMdiChld window holds the filename.
You will get into trouble if you change the caption.

Hi zepheir

Still works here. Are you using the correct font (GB2312)?

Hi KetilO

I almost used all the fonts of chinese charater, but there is no change in the newest, 2.0.1.5.
When I input the chinese words, the display characters are replaced by the differences.
However, when i open the file with the chinese, it can be displayed all right.
