where lpszOut is the output buffer, dwValue the DWORD

If I figure out how to use shr to divide I'll post a snipplet. But I get the feeling that it's like cracking RSA encryption.

eet_1024, think long division. :) Try it with some small binary numbers. Or are you talking about something else?

Have a look at the "dwtoa" procedure in the MASM32 library, it does the job fine. Glad to see another member from OZ. :)
