Why dont you just call the function which gets called on the WM_COMMAND message for your button?
Or dont you have the source code for the programm?

This is my currend solution to click the button on startup.

msg == WM_Create
INVOKE SetTimer, hDlg, 110, 1000, NULL
MOV TimerID, EAX

....
.IF TimerID == 110
INVOKE KillTimer, hDlg, 110
MOV superflag, 1
INVOKE SendMessage, h_DLG, WM_COMMAND, IDC_BUTTON0, 1

So, if i start the programm the button "get" a click.
If i send the message in the create message, it doesnt work. Perhaps, because the dlg isnt drwaed at this time.

And I asked for an better solution.
