Hello everybody,
I use SendMessage,hLV,LVM_SETBKCOLOR,0,0bec8c8h to set the color of the list view window and SendMessage,hWndStatus,SB_SETBKCOLOR,0,0bec8c8h to set the color of the status bar. (using windows 98 and trying to get away from the boring default gray color used for backgrounds)
Can anyone send me a link or an example of how to set the color of the column headers to 0bec8c8h?
any help or suggestions appreciated
best regards,
czDrillard

No header control message to do so.
Thanks comrade,
That is disappointing :( news.
The reason I wanted to do this was to over-ride default colors under different operating systems, ME for example. If I don't do this my application's tool bar buttons have a different background color than the toolbar background as does a bitmap image I display on program startup. I can set the rebar band colors but I was hoping to set all colors so that different windows of my app all look consistent.
any suggestions?
