Can any one tell me how can i disable a specific button on startup in my application
and enable the button when specific conditions are satisfied like "when the user clicks button
1 then button 1 is disabled and button 2 is enabled".

Is it also possible to use Commands used in java like "OnMouseOver".

if possible please give me the source code or link to the respective tutorial.

Thankx in Advance

invoke EnableWindow, hwnd, FALSE

telophase,

iblis is right here, you use EnableWindow() both to hide and to show the window(control) you have in mind.

You use the two flags TRUE or FALSE to indicate which you require. In you startup code in the WM_CREATE or WM_INITDIALOG you use EnableWindow() with the FALSE flag and when you want to show the window (control) use it again with the TRUE flag.

Note that you must have a valid window handle for the window or control.

Bazik's MouseOver implementation can be found Here, or do a search for MouseOver, there are a few examples. :)
