There seems to be nothing interesting going in the forum.

No flame wars!
No funny posts!
No shouting at someone!

Yahoo programming sucks.

There are only fights on those forums. nothing sensible.

I personally think that asm sucks big time. Visual Basic rulez0rz - fast coding and small executables, that's hard to beat. The only thing I can think of that VB lacks is speed, but who cares anyway? Everything runs fast enough on todays modern computers.

VB RULES!!!! :alright:

oh please!! linux sux big time - it's one of those OS were common geeks share a deep comradery. They are one of the close-minded people I've encountered plus a majority of them are zealots, of course, there are exceptions and these are the people I respect ... same thing goes to MAC, Windows, *BSD, *NIX... but then again you don't see a lot of Windows and *BSD(exception of MAC since MAC OS X is based on FreeBSD) users who share the same zealotry compared to other OS users... ;)

ASM sux, real men code in HEX or BINARY... depends which editor supports which mode... not same lame ass mnemonics and the use of IDE's(with ghey syntax highlighting, auto complete...) or ASSembler's...

HLL coders are .... you know... ;)

JAVA ro0o0olL3zZZZ!!!

CBM basic was easy as pie to add your own asmcoded (well - machinecoded) functions to - it was far more user-friendly than the generic pc in hardware terms, too...
It's a shame that the PTB forgot to think about the end-user :(
