i think Intel are like    with the high increase of books ordering :)
I just got mine, now I can find out what some of those lesser used opcodes actually do
Intel prints in very large quantities with large spaces of time inbetween: you might have to wait if they are out. I think they would only discontinue if another manual had superseeded it or the product is discontinued. I've got manuals from Motorola the same way. Which was great for a student without a job! My overdue charges at the library for my - I mean their 680x0 book were horrible. :)
Hey how'd u get the 68k manuals? Are they still obtainable?
no books for me :(
do they leave a note or something like that to pick it up.
because nobody is at home till 6 pm.

ICYDK: You can download the 68000 Family Programmer's Reference Manual from Motorola. (I'm into Mac emulation on a PC and hope to someday take over development of the Basilisk II for Windows emulator.
I received the Intel manuals today from UPS. Thanks a million Yeori!

How many guys ordered the manuals...?? (In Korea, more than 1 thousand people ordered)
I think.. Intel spends most of their revenue (earned from selling their processors) for providing the manuals..

Well in Ireland I'd say very few people order them, thats probably why I don't get them.

hey guys,
if u keep on requesting the books from INTEL , they will get the catch and will
invoice ya at later date!!
that means everone who has the book will be eventually need to pay for them, or at least returning them back
which costs allot of money for you.
intel does spends allot of money of sending them through fedEx.
just be alert.

I just received mine. It took 10 business days.
I accidentally submitted my request three times, today I received
two sets of books! lol Maybe this is what happened to you donkey, or maybe they just are under your mind control (hence the secret embedded brain modules).
I don't expect intel would suddenly charge us, they love us! :)
I assume intel is getting a feel for how many of us *really* use their cpu, the market research it gathers probably pays for shipping. Which can be expensive to buy.
