Is there any tool able to convert compiled resource script files (.res) to binary files? (.bin)
I know,ResHack and similar tools are able to do this;but I am looking for a console based tool.

Donkey,

Cvtres.exe converts .res files to object files, not to binary files.

Yes,Delight, your are right. The binary file question is about your example.
A console based tool could be very usefull to convert directly res files to bin files.
