Has anyone here ever written a ppp dialup server for a SINGLE connection?

I can't hide my disappointment :(
I absolutely despise being forced to translate msdn examples :(
I REFUSE TO WRITE IN C :(

Some C compilers can like visual c++ and borland c++ can generate asm code.

Is it actually asm code or is it the disassembled code of the compiled c code? There's not much worse than wading through the disassembled dump of visual c++ mfc code.

It's actually asm code, borland c++ even includes the c source as comments :)

You might be better off not using the MSDN examples - we all know how much MS knows about networking.

Read the RFC's, they are the spec of networking.

A quick google for RFC PPP turned up this index: http://www-lor.int-evry.fr/~pascal/RFC/S.ppp.html

Thanks, but it's not the ppp protocol I am concerned about - I am interested in using the api that exist specifically for this stuff, not write my own from scratch.
