Is it a free host? Perhaps you should post the url, since other people might be interested too? ^_^

ok, i was came out really crazy to find it, spent about a day on surfing the net. All the places i found with no banner was or full, or without FTP, or need particular request by mail to a forum, sometime also disabled due to excessive requests. But finally, iv'e found it, it seems a special case, freespace & no banner and FTP support, as i was looking for

http://www.portland.co.uk/

it seems also a real serious and reliable sitehostiing company.

Anyway, I'm sure there are others :)
Hi all, and excuse for my egoism.

Just do remember what happened with xoom and, hrm, what was that other site...

They started out as free & reliable hosting with ftp access and no banners... and then degraded to crap :(

I dont know if this can be usefull

http://www.buscahost.com/

Is a searcher for host, and you put your 'options' there, is in spanish, I dont test it... the results ;), but hope this can give you too a gide...

There are two way to find, the left, and the right.... first for dedicated hostong, the second for re-saler...... what that mean??, in the second also you can find by options like: PHP+MySQL, etc...

There are some results that are for free, but with a limitated period.. like a trial or test...

Hipe this can help too.

Have a niec day or night.
