The subject. How can I do it in MASM? I need full control over two video-out's to keep main window in main screen and show another window on the secondary monitor and vise versa.

i dont know to much of working with multiple monitors.

I only know that if you have two monitors (depending how you arrenged them in display propierties), both form an entire screen.

I mean you have two 1024*768 and they are right aligned so you have 1024*2 *768 of screen.

if you want to display in the secondary (without changing anything in dis. prp.) you can show the window in x= 1024 + n.

or isnt it that way :confused: --> someone correct me.

you mean:
x = (n-1)*1024 + x

where n is index of monitor (1 or 2)

You'll need some monitor/desktop enumerating stuff if you want to do things correctly - secondary monitor could be to the left, right, top or bottom of the first. Also, they can be different resolutions and stuff.

no i didnt mean that "n" was the monitor index, i mean that you can display 1024 + 10 and you will see in the other monitor window the window you created.

But like the person that corrected me why dont you check:

and then check if MASM32 supports it.

Regards :alright:
