In Windows NT/XP?? we can call NetMessageBufferSend() in netapi32.dll to send messages to other computers and work groups in LAN,
In windows 95/98, The netapi32.dll doesn't provide NetMessageBufferSend(), but the WINPOPUP.EXE can receive and send messages.
I want to know how does WINPOPUP.EXE work?

Thanks..
