KetilO is the programmer of RadASM and his home page is the RadASM distribution site.

now i have another question.
i was using tasm before and i did switch to MASM32.

After installing, i can not more type a "@" because all the time QEDTITOR starts.
This is a nastie thing, how can i disable that ?

Sounds like you have set up a Shortcut key for QEditor. The MASM32 package does not do this (and certainly not RadASM) so it is something you have done yourself, check any links to QEditor and verify that there is no entry in the "Shortcut key" box.

i did rename QEDITOR.EXE into *.OLD

if i press now ( at ) on the keyboard now pops MASM32 Prostart up

pls help :stupid:

Hi [-xor-],

Help how ???

It is not MASM32 that has done this to your system and it is not RadASM. You have done something to your system and frankly without being there to actually diagnose what it is how can we help ?? It is unfortunately something you will have to work out yourself.

Solved

Installation of MASM32 creates a MASM32 EDITOR - shortcut at the desktop with "STRG + ALT + Q" ( the (at) ) hotkey.

That's very strange. I wrote the shortcut generator that I thought Hutch was using and I did not include the ability to assign shortcut keys. Hutch must have decided to use something else. Be sure that there are no other shortcuts that have the entry.
