I'm currently using Netscape 7.2, and one of my favorite features for it is its image-blocking capabilities; I have most of the "ad portal" sites blocked so their ads don't even display.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a way to apply this to Flash objects also (other than uninstalling the Flash plugin, which I don't want to do).

Anyone know of a browser capable of blocking Flash plugins from designated websites, or similar?

Nevermind, found one.

Silly me, forgot to query Google before turning here

You could also have a look at Avant Browser, based on IE. Allows switching images, flash, ... on/off, tabbed browsing, popup and ad blocker, etc.
