I have started an IDE. all of it works except for
the two wizards, it compiles and has example source
code, and is a very simple IDE of sorts. it also contains
Icons to use in your projects, as well a 12 MS help files.

Under Win2K, it gave me the following error when opening a .asm file

It is too big to download though
My tip, take the help files out of the file and make them aviable for download seperatly.
