hi plz help me with picture clip control i want to diplay a image file usin a pictureclip control but donot know how to do it and which apis to use it(my win api reference has nothin for it) ne tutorial or link or help for pictureclip control will be appreciable

PictureClip seems to be an activex control.. there's a vb tutorial for it on msdn. But using it on asm might be rather involved.. i don't know how to, in any case.

i also doubt now that u r right that pictureclip seems to be a vb control. at least thats what my research in so many websites says.
ur link did clear sum of my doubts but as it is with doubts they never end.
in static controls we can show bmps ico n curs but not jpg or ne other format how to do that?
