Do exactly as you would with an EXE file: with a .RC resource script.
Give me a moment, I'll cook up a little sample... :)

can u show me the steps?

for example:
1. RC -v dllresource.rc
2. it will create the dllresource.res
3.LINK /DLL /SECTION:.bss,S /SUBSYSTEM:WINDOWS /DEF:dllresource.def dellresource.obj.

i dont know how to use the LINK command to add the dllresource.res .

my english is so poor, hope u can understand what i say.

Well, I'm using WinAsm Studio, which simplifies the whole thing... ;)

If you still want to use the command line tools to build the project, these are the commands:

ML /c /coff /Cp /nologo /I"C:\Masm32\Include" "DllResource.asm"

LINK /SUBSYSTEM:WINDOWS /RELEASE /VERSION:4.0 "/LIBPATH:C:\Masm32\Lib" /DLL "/DEF:DllResource.def" "DllResource.obj" "DllResource.res" "/OUT:DllResource.dll"

I'm assuming your MASM32 package is installed at the default location (C:\Masm32).

Hope that helps! :)
