I have started the RadAsm tutorial_1 and found that
when I select, File menu > New Project, the 'Project
Wizard - Type & Name' window doesn't come up with
the Template text box?  The buttons appear to be
in German. Also the 'Project Description' text box
label is simply 'Project'.

After hitting there is no Window.dlg file
in the Resources folder.

If anyone can help or point to where I can learn
about how to use the RadAsm IDE it would be

i don't know from where is "tutorial_1" but you can start by using
the original RadAsm download form Ketil's site
i'm sure it won't default to german language...
there is also a help file by Donkey and a link to tutorials by Ranma_at
also download the demo.zip file with various demo projects.

That is the site I used going to RadAsm tutorials,

My version of RadAsm doesn't seem to have the
template option textbox when I select,
File menu > New Project

ah, i see now, well the RadAsm is updated regulary and those tutorial are a little outdated but usable.
to setup a project simply fill in the project name & and description, click next, choose a template,
click next, click next, click finish (do you really need this kind of description???)

there is no need to modify .dlg and .rc from outside of the IDE

Also the 'Project Description' text box
label is simply 'Project'.

under menu option->font options->Dialogs
setup the font for all dialogs, so that "Project description:" doesn't wrapp

Thanks drizz it works fine.  I was following the actual
tutorial like a mindlessly instead of carefully reading
the window name "template" after hitting next and
realising the tut and current RadAsm were different.
