Is there a cheap way to 'repair connecton' on Local Area Connection

i wanna write a prog that runs on startup executes this command then quits
like to right clicking on the item and selecting repair...

any help appreciated.. thx

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /?

to fully understand everything you can do.

look on taskbar right click the LAN icon and select repair conection

Repair Connection actually disables the adapter and re-enables it, in some cases.
