Just picked up a PowerMac G3 at a yard sale, came with a 19" IMac-ish monitor, 192 MB memory, 6 GB hard drive, built in iomega zip drive, cd burner and Mac OS 9.1. And it works !!!! All of this for $20.00 :)

Now I have to order the PowerPC instruction set reference and find an assembler as well as some docs on assembly programming with a Mac. Not in a big hurry though, still trying to get as far as "hello world" on my Symbol SA1110 StrongArm PDA.
