How can I test if a label, proc exist without causing the assembler errors? I want to verify if it exist before a jmp or a call to it.

Humm, what exactly do you mean? From a macro, or something else?

Yeah, macro, but proc would be ok too.

Essentially, I'm trying to figure out if a param that is passed is a object that has a ctor to be called. So, I need to test for IF objtype&_ctor IS a valid label, this way I can resolve if a datatype is being passed or a object that needs to call it's ctor or a datatype like a struct, DWORD, ectra. I have a macro with a extra param isobj:REQ, IF isobj = TRUE  call a ctor else ignore it. Id like not to provide that isobj param so  a runtime createtion can descide to allocate a heap and optionally call the constructor.
