Hi!
Does anybody know where I can get hold of a evaluation board for the Intel 16- or 32-bit(preferably) processor? I've been working with the PIC MCU's, and now I want to upgrade to Intel. I like the idea of being able to write simple 8-bit drivers for external memory and mixing it with 32-bit GUI.
Any help is appreciated...

Well www.intel.com go to developers forum. I would go with the 486EX myself. It is fully embedded. It has interrupt controller, USART etc. Everthing but RAM & ROM.
