Not really a lamer.. I can come up with a way on my own, but i really want to know the most effecient and the most commonly used way i can generate a random number between 1 and 46. I don't know if mentioning that i need it in WIN32 environment is really relevant, since i don't think it has any to do with API.. in any way.. 32 bit code, please. Thanks a lot.
