I am struggling with Visual C++ to create a Dialog Box.
I program in MASM32 & not C.
When trying to compile the RSRC.RC program that C
generated I come up with file after file not found.
I am using RC RSRC.RC in the MASM32 directory to compile
the file. The files it can't find are IDC_check5, 7, 9, 10, 11,12
14, 15. I've looked all over the place for them and am having no
luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't try to compile it with the resource compiler.

Just save it as a RES file with MSVC and declare your resources in your INC. Then just link the RES file in your command line

Torch,

normally the VC resource editor generates a header file "resource.h" with all the IDs needed. Here you should find your missing definitions.

if you dont want to transfer the IDs to ASM syntax manually, use "H2INC.EXE" to get a "resource.inc".
