Salut Vom :) But, as beeing polite I keep speaking English tho *g* Try using BRW.. Borlands famous Resource Workshop... Grabb it at crackstore or so (I received mine with a free CD somewhere) It saves the resource files as *.rc (Borland specific) or as *.res files and you can link them directly w/ your proggy. Take care tho, some features are *only* Borland specific (ex: the shade - see thread Borland Res.. bug.. I posted once) If you use it only for dialogs and stuff it will be OK.. Best Regards.. The LCC-Win32 compiler located here http://www.cs.virginia.edu/~lcc-win32/ has an excellent .rc editor named Wedit.exe. It can create/edit the following controls: static text control edit control, both single line (default) or a multiline edit control group box push button check box radio button combo box list box scroll control, either horizontal or vertical static rectangle, either empty or filled icon control month calendar control list view control tab control tree view control progress control spin button slider control gfalen

gfalen, Yup LCC is good. IMHO lcc would need some serious bug-cheking =( It's still the best dialog editor I've found (freeware).. If anyone got something better to recomend, feel free to write me a line or two =) //Phrekie
