Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to skin a window? Or can anyone post a simple method that they have used? Thanks.

There's an example on Iczlions site. But bascially it's trapping the WM_NCPAINT (Means non-client paint) routine in your window proc. - Ben

Skin? You mean strip off the non-client areas? The simplest way is to employ a region to a window. Anything outside the region is not painted, so might as well not exist. And regions may be of any shape, and may have holes. I did a tut on custom captions using this technique here.is/ComInAsm (it's in the non-COM section)
