What is the tool to create menu and icon visually i didn't find them in masm32 package from hutch

I could be flippant and say those editors are both done with Quick Editor, but the real answer is there are no visual tools in that package. This means you must have some other program to edit icons. And manus are done piece by piece in your favorite text editor.

it was hard to guess about the position and size of the menu or control. i am trying visual assembler but still confuse if this language can do anything visually like if we used delphi
