I'm new to assembly language , Which assembler should I use ? I want to use one with alot of helpful tools to write codes (like Intelisence ).

Any assembler, that won't compile until you've read and comprehend at least 5% of Intel SDM/AMD APM, will do. ;)

While assemblers seem to be different (AT&T syntax, for example), the core is the same: instructions. To use them correctly (and effectively isn't that the goal of choosing assembly language?), you must be at least familiar with execution environment.

Intellisense, autocomplete and other useful features won't get you far otherwise.
