I am looking for a device to connect to BIOS socket(emulator), and it is nice if it can program EEPROM chips(BIOS chips) too. Please direct me if any one has some information. Also I want to debug the BIOS target program by a Linux host computer, what is a good solution for it?

Put bios image in microcontroller (e)eprom.
Connect daughter board to bios socket.
Write microcontroller software to emulate bios eprom functions.
