For people who are curious what that HEX blob means, here it is in string format:
"%SystemRoot%\System32\msiexec.exe" /i "%1" %*


Edited skywalker's post to add CODE tags. If you want to use the thing, copy the contents of the CODE block to a .reg file and import it.
