I have been working on the Win32Chat
program and I have desided to add Video cam
chat into it for people that may have a Cam,
but instead of downloading the chat program,
could those of you, that have a cam, please
test this small cam program I wrote, I want to
know if this will work with other types of
Cam drivers.

Hi Zcoder:
Your demo works fine with my LogiTech QuickCam version 5.5.0.1069 on W98. Sound effects are a nice touch. Hope this helps.

Thanks, so far the program seems
to work for any webcam, I still would
like the hear from more people, but
I think I am gaining, more trust is
the program, this webcam feature
will soon be added to the Win32Chat
program, I will wait a while longer
for more test results.
Thank you.....

The way i made mine is just by invoking windows PCcam and making it just writing a JPG every half second then transfering the jpg to a client.
tjweb,
That would work but is slow and will miss some frames
I am using Streamed video, where you get the dibits
handed to you and you send that to the client.
Then all the client has to do it paint the dibits to the screen.
