is there any good lib, dll, or anything else with some instructions, procedures, functions, etc. to "speak to" COM? i want to control all the different pins seperatly..that means, i want to control on which pin there is power, and on which there is not.
this all should be at least win9x compatible..

thank you..

but i don't believe that IN and OUT are compatible with XP for example, are they? someone told me sometime that i even shouldn't use IN and OUT in win9x..

any other suggestions?

thx,

ok, this is great..and where can i get a documentation about the ports from? i mean.. how to speak to COM in detail.. which ports to read, etc.. is there any doc that is practically suited for WinIO?

thx,
