This line form the MASM32 intro help:

: \masm32\bin\link -lib "*.obj" "/out:yourlib.lib"

According to MSDN:

\SECTION:name

is what I'd like(can it be done?)

What I'm not sure of, is just what 'name' means? Does it mean:

.code ?

A syntax example please.
Thanks.

It's the section name, however the '.code', '.data', ... statements in masm are just shortcuts. In the actual files, the sections are likely to be named .text, .rdata, .data, .rsrc, .bss.

This is my own code for making the lib. Are those sections adder after assembly?

The .code section will be .text in the object file, so use '.text' as the section name.
