Having the source to your tools is almost reason enough, imo. :tongue: But it is a solid flexible assembler that does what you tell it to. The only disadvantage is FASM's newness, but that is a strength as well. :tongue:

Good things:
   1) Labels are interpreted as addresses
   2) It's not Macro$h4t
   3) You only have to define org 0x100 for 8086 binaries
   4) You can include binary data into the output
   5) No linking is required
   6) Fast
   7) Can produce executables from source

Not so good:
   1) Needs more documentation
