I'm writing a multimedia app that pretends to open mp3,mpg files with the mci functions, and when the file has been loaded in memory by the mci functions (MCIWndOpen, MCIWndSendString, MCIWndPlay) the app should be able to change the file "in memory" without change the file in the disk and to play the modified memory file. I tried two ways (w/o success):
1) mmioInstallIOProc with the ext +.
2) On the other hand, hook MapViewofFile, but if I change the view, I change the file in the disk too.
