Over the ages, Windows has provided a lot of toolbar styles. Some, like the MS Office XP type, are probably not part of Windows.
Do you guys know which toolbars are supported in 2000 or XP and how to create each?? Are they all the same control with different styles??
Specifically, how do I create the toolbar that can hold the app menu and toolbar buttons too, like in IE?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by app menu but you might want to search the2 board for rebar, that's what IE uses, I guess.
