I've asked a few people on irc about this and they seem to run away..
Basicly i've noticed that when i try to use getthreadcontext it returns NO_ACCESS on WinNT.
Now acording to msdn and a few people i have to set up some special privlages?

If so how and what must i do?

Check LookupPrivilegeValue and AdjustTokenPrivileges. Use these API's to get yourself the appropriate priviledges.

Also, my platform SDK has a topic "Enabling and Disabling Privileges". It's in the topic folder Security\Authorization\Using Authorization\Using Access Control\

Im not so sure this is what i want?
I've started a process with DEBUG stuff in createprocess like you do.....
I installed a hook on a function, basicly when it gets to that function im trying to use getthreadcontext to read the EIP. Thats when i dont have access.....
