The goal of this software is to help you manage your interlinked
thoughts, by interfacing with the web, your other software and
with your wonderful mind.

here is the source of AsmMindWeb, with some bugs:
- random error on write/read files (sharing problems?)
- minor flickering caret

what will find in source (keywords for search engine):
- richedit nightmare (EN_LINK structure, URL, text coloring)
- mouse hoover (kinda ...)
- listview used as list to handle history
- some comments inside

what you'll not find:
- well commented source
- optimized code
- ...

if someone wants to play with it, fix things, add new things
... please do and post your findings here so that all of us can enjoy

big thanks to:
Rohan Pall - for the ideea
KetilO - richedit parsing
mob - sources of listview
J. Craig Gilbert - his notepad replacement helped me a lot
... and of course this msgb users

54 views, 35 downloads and no comments ... come on guys :)

can somebody help on reading/saving files ... i dont know why
it has sharing violation on read/write even if the file is closed (or is not?)

also it needs some optimizations inside ... so if someone has time
and knowledge please "attack" the monster :)

i was thinking to make an edito control by myself but is too much work
and i dont have the time ... maybe if Nan will post his control
and have easy text formating, caret/mouse get position i will definetly use it :)

have phun

In RichOpen and RichSave you close hFile without setting hFile to anything.

In RichSave filename does not point to a valid filename.

Hope this helps.

Sorry, I did not have time to respond earlier - this is a very great tool. Such a simple idea, and so very easy to use. I have set it up to autoload on windows start - no other program is in my Startup folder. :alright:

Only thing I can think of to improve it would be support for folders: .
