i once found a pop3 server written in Delphi at SourceForge.net if that helps you. its called "popstar".
If you are wanting these, why not write your own? Or make a team and write your own? I wouldn't mind helping on this. Maybe make a sourceforge project.
If you can find some source code .. that is cool. But if not, try making a sourceforge project and see how far it goes.
