When I write my programs that uses LAN Manager APIs for Win98 I change shares permissions with NetShareSetInfo. But most users of Win98 don't know about user level. But in Win2000 and XP there are a lot of registered users. But that's interesting: every server running user-level security ignores this member.
netData.shi2_permissions
So I must use another API. But what?

Thanks,
Mike

Thanks? There are access functions in 2000/XP that get/set access to every resource, e.g. SetSecurityInfo or SetFileSecurity etc. I've read everything about it in MSDN but can't understand. May be somebody see samples?
