Using toolHelp32 API get process id by exe file name, Then how could I get all handles of the windows belong this Process?

I dont want to use FindWindow/FindWindowEx, it seems window text always is variable.

One way you could do that is to enumerate all windows (use EnumWindows) then with every window handle make a call to GetWindowThreadProcessId, check if it's the right process id, log the window handle if it is and ignore it if it's not.
