Hi, Does masm32 support COM programming. I guess not :rolleyes:. I need to create shortcuts on the desktop. So I need to implement the IShellLink and IPersistFile interfaces from microsoft. Is there any way I could do this. Clark

Gee, you might check out the article "Accessing COM Objects from Assembly." It just so happens the example in it is creating a short cut link. The full source code for this (and the other COM things there) are now part of the MASM32 service pack 2.
