Are there any drivers/programs that allow to use 3D Now! technology at Windows enviroment on INTEL's CPU's? I have seen the LINUX version of EmMXX, but I need for Windows... and source (if poss.)

Intel has some stuff about using SIMD streaming with MASM. Maybe you can get some ideas from it:

So there's a linux thingamajig that emulates 3dnow! on intel CPUs?
Interesting. How does it work? Trapping the invalid opcode fault
and doing software emulation? I bet the performance isn't too hot.
What do you need it for? Doing 3dnow! development? Just curious :).
